Personal Trainer

Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to evaluate participant goals, fitness levels, and health history (as needed). Design and implement individualized and small-group exercise programs based on participant needs and goals. Instruct participants on proper exercise technique, equipment use, and safety procedures.
