Line Cook

Location: Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living HIGH-VOLUME À LA CARTE RESTAURANT $21-$26/HR + $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS COOK-TO-ORDER | SAUTÉ EXPERIENCE PREFERRED This is not a traditional senior living kitchen. Cedar Crest Village operates multiple full-service restaurants serving high-volume, made-to-order meals.

We're looking for restaurant-trained Line Cooks who are comfortable working multiple stations in a fast-paced cook-to-order environment. Our restaurants serve 300+ guests each night in a high volume fast-paced setting. Experience in a la minute restaurants highly preferred!

Compensation

$21-$26/hour plus a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus What you'll do: Prepare and cook menu items using proper techniques, recipes, and food safety standards Execute cook-to-order meals with consistent quality, portioning, and presentation Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Work side-by-side with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and culinary leadership during service Contribute to a dining experience that keeps residents coming back What we offer: Quality of life – most of our restaurant's team members are out before 9pm Predictable schedules, real work-life balance and fewer late nights Encouragement (and training) to grow into Sous Chef and management roles!

Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
