Employment Success Specialist - Doraville

Self-directed inside sales-oriented position based in the Career Center focused on walk-ins and high volume placements. Negotiate with employers to develop community employment opportunities for individuals who visit the Career Center that will result in permanent employment. The primary duty is to obtain orders from employers for employment of those who may not otherwise be able to secure employment on their own without the help of Goodwill.

Secures paid or unpaid contracts/agreements from employers.
