Job Summary

Test Operator 1 is responsible for performing all tasks related to In Process Testing.

Essential Duties

& Responsibilities: Trained in all aspects of In Process Testing. Measuring parts to be tested (OD, ID, THK, Density, Flux, Uniformity) Equipment calibration and operation. Follows priority lists as outlined by leadership and/or Epicor dashboards. Proper completion of paperwork, and clocking jobs off in Epicor. Follows pass/fail guidelines as outlined by the AQL standards.

Meets or exceeds established testing rates. Maintains housekeeping standards. Follow all safety and quality standards. Ensure cleanliness of work area.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Mechanical aptitude preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions. Basic math and measurement skills. Willingness to learn and take direction. Work Environment and Physical Demands: Works in a clean, well-lit production environment; requires protective footwear and eyewear. Requires full legged pants/jeans. Regularly stands on cement floors with rubber mats; may involve sitting, stooping, bending, and walking. Capable of lifting and transporting an average weight of 10 lbs.
