We are seeking a reliable and hardworking kitchen staff to support daily kitchen operations. This role includes food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting cooks to ensure efficient service and high-quality food standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients (wash, chop, portion, and store food items) Assist cooks and kitchen staff during food service Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing and sanitizing surfaces Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Stock and restock kitchen supplies as needed Dispose of trash and maintain waste areas Support opening and closing duties Qualifications Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Schedule Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits (optional) Employee meals or discounts Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement
