Treasury Sales Manager

The Treasury Sales Manager provides strategic leadership for the Treasury Management external sales team, including coaching and developing Treasury Management Officers and driving overall sales performance. The position also provides leadership and direction to the Treasury Sales Support (TSS) positions within their assigned market, ensuring effective sales support and alignment with market priorities.

The position develops market and segment strategies, coordinates targeted business development campaigns, and identifies opportunities to expand Treasury Management relationships, deposits, and revenue.
