About the Role

As a CNA in Assisted Living, you will provide daily care, support, and meaningful engagement to residents while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and home‑like environment. You'll work closely with a strong, collaborative team and enjoy excellent staff‑to‑resident ratios that allow you to truly connect with the elders you serve.

This role is ideal for someone who values dignity, compassion, and relationship‑based care.

What We're Looking For

Current CNA license in the State of Florida

1+ years of experience in a long‑term care or rehab environment

Current BLS certification

Passion for working with elders and enhancing their quality of life

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Responsibilities

Provide daily care and assistance to residents in accordance with care plans

Support meaningful life engagement and social interaction

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Uphold the values of dignity, respect, and person‑centered care

Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

Perform other duties as assigned
