Cam. Nature of Work: Manage all on-field aspects of the Rapids 2 team. Examples of work performed: Set and manage locker room environment with players and support staff Assist in the evaluation of player movement needs between First Team, Rapids 2 and Academy Participate in daily coordination of player movement between First Team, Rapids 2 and Academy Prepare and deliver training sessions within club philosophy Prepare and manage team in all competitions within club philosophy Complete US Soccer and MLS paperwork as required Fulfill media appearances as required by League and Club Travel as required Assist the President, Technical Director, Sporting Director and Director of Player Personnel with any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required US Soccer “A” License or pathway to obtain US Soccer A license or equivalent prior to 2027 MLSNP season is required Preferred US Soccer “Pro” License preferred Professional playing experience preferred. Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Demonstrated ability to teach techniques, tactics, physical and psychological components of soccer.

Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate and educate players and coaching staff Demonstrated knowledge and success in player development. Demonstrated knowledge & experience in Major League Soccer Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational and personnel management. Ability to create spreadsheets and routine business correspondence using Word and Excel software.

Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task effectively. Knowledge of professional sports team operations, public relations, and/or sponsor relations is preferred.

Compensation
