65 hourly NOC Code: 94140 Your daily role: Be trained and required to operate different types of machinery in order to effectively complete required tasks; Train and provide direction to Packaging Technicians to maintain consistent operation of all packaging lines meeting production targets; Organize and complete effective and efficient changeovers; Troubleshoot packaging equipment and perform preventative maintenance when required; Communicating effectively with Operations Leaders to maintain production; Working in compliance with established Safety, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety protocols, reporting all concerns to your supervisor Your profile: Working knowledge of Packaging equipment and basic troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude; 1-2 years of related experience in a manufacturing setting; Strong computer, communication and organizational skills; Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities and work independently; Regular lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50lbs; A builder of teams and positive work environments; We’re looking for people like you!
