Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

As a member of our maintenance team, you'll be the friendly, professional face of service across a group of properties — responding promptly to resident maintenance requests and keeping communities looking their best (think curb appeal tasks like trash pickup). You may occasionally lend a hand with turnover work or vendor coordination, though these won't be the main focus of your role.

Work orders are assigned and tracked digitally, and your performance will be measured against productivity goals — with bonus opportunities for hitting your targets.
