Job description
Incumbents provide skilled professional recreation programming for a juvenile population in a secure facility. Assignments may include but are not limited to coordinating special events, special interest classes, adaptive youth sports, tournaments, youth councils, and implementing therapeutic models. Incumbents develop and coordinate a variety of classes, programs, and events for youth between the ages of 10 and 18. The incumbent will consistently coordinate, implement, and maintain programs. The incumbent will evaluate the effectiveness of programs in collaboration with the division manager.
