• Food Service, Job Purpose:
• The Food Sanitation Specialist at Educational Catering Inc is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in food preparation and service areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor sanitation procedures to comply with health regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and dining areas to ensure cleanliness.
• Train staff on proper sanitation practices and procedures.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules and sanitation audits.
• Collaborate with management to address any sanitation issues promptly.Qualifications: Required Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent Required Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food sanitation or related field
• Experience working in a catering or food service environment Required Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
• Ability to conduct inspections and enforce sanitation standards
