Physical Therapist - Home Health

DEFINITION: Under the direct supervision of the Home Health Manager, rehab supervisor is responsible for completing the evaluation and treatment of persons with physical dysfunctions and completion of all required documentation. The goal is to optimize physical functioning through therapeutic exercise, pain management, adaptive equipment, use of modalities and education.

Patient population includes: Orthopedic, neurological, medical, wound care PRN, and geriatric. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE): Licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as a Physical Therapist.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must have at least one year of experience in an adult acute, rehab or outpatient setting for the practice of Physical Therapy.
