SVP, Consumer Lending

The SVP, Consumer Lending is responsible for the strategic leadership, growth, profitability, operational excellence, and risk management of the credit union's consumer lending division. This individual oversees the entire consumer lending lifecycle, including loan origination, underwriting, processing, funding, servicing, collections, portfolio management, and indirect lending programs.

The SVP is accountable for developing and executing lending strategies that drive loan growth, enhance member relationships, optimize portfolio performance, improve operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance. This leader partners across the organization to deliver exceptional member experiences while balancing growth objectives with sound credit risk management.
