YouthBuild Job Developer

Responsible for the recruitment of employers, the provision of business services, job club, job fair, networking events and other related activities. Direct placement of job ready clients. Functions as the initial and primary focal point of contact for workforce programs participants, job seekers, and the general public. Advises job seekers on programs; resolves problems and errors for job seekers; provides supportive tasks and performs related work as required.
