Intern Responsibilities Support daily human resources operations and administrative activities across various HR functions.

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Contribute to learning and development, talent management, and organizational development programs. Conduct research and analyze HR data to support projects, initiatives, and decision-making. Assist in developing HR materials, presentations, and reports.

Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience. Support special projects and other HR initiatives as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial-organizational psychology, psychology, business administration, organizational development, or a related field. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. Strong interest in human resources, talent management, employee development, and organizational behavior.

Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Motivated and organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment. Adaptable and resilient, with an optimistic outlook and positive attitude aligned with our culture and Core Values.
