Role Overview As a Growth Operations Specialist, you will own the technical administration and integration ecosystem of Hub.

Spot for the Growth Team — ensuring the platform and its connected tools operate reliably, with clean data and workflows aligned to business goals. You will drive pipeline growth by optimizing lead generation and conversion processes that result in more booked calls and a healthier sales pipeline overall. Beyond platform ownership, you will support lifecycle campaigns and continuously improve CRM architecture efficiency to ensure every stage of the customer journey is set up for measurable impact.

Duties & Responsibilities CRM Strategy Development and Execution Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy using Hub. Spot, aligned with revenue goals and business objectives. Identify key CRM metrics and benchmarks to track performance and measure the impact of optimization efforts on revenue generation. Plan and implement A/B tests and multivariate experiments within Hub.

Spot to optimize messaging, automated workflows, and user journeys. CRM Optimization and Automation Oversee the development and execution of complex CRM automations in Hub. Spot to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Ensure automated workflows and sequences are finely tuned for optimal performance and alignment with revenue goals.

Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes to drive user engagement and conversion rates. Platform Operations & Integrations: Manage Hub. Spot configuration, including properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and user permissions Manage the integration architecture between Hub. Spot and third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, Slack, billing/payments platforms) — including troubleshooting sync errors and data integrity issues Evaluate, onboard, and maintain third-party apps connected to Hub.

Spot via native integrations or API Manage data hygiene practices: deduplication, contact/company record normalization, and list segmentation logic Collaborate with Sales Ops or engineering teams on custom API work, webhooks, and data pipelines into/out of Hub. Spot User Experience and Interface Enhancement Support design and development teams by flagging UX/UI issues within Hub.

Spot that impact end-user experience and conversion Assist in analyzing user feedback and funnel data to surface improvement opportunities for the CRM team to act on Implement approved changes and testing protocols as directed to help improve user experience and conversion performance Data Analysis and Insights Manage Growth reports and dashboards on Hub.

Spot and third party tools such as Sigma, Google sheets Utilize Hub. Spot analytics tools to collect, analyze, and interpret user behavior and conversion data. Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to refine CRM strategies and drive revenue. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM effectiveness and revenue generation.

Key Stakeholders Revenue Team, Advisors Skills Analytical Skills Advanced proficiency in Hub. Spot CRM analytics to interpret complex user behavior and conversion data. Expertise in deriving actionable insights to inform CRM strategies and optimize workflows. Deep understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing within Hub.

Spot to evaluate and enhance conversion rates. Communication and Collaboration Exceptional communication skills to convey CRM insights and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to build relationships and secure buy-in from cross-functional teams. Advanced collaborative skills to work effectively with marketing, sales, and development teams.

Technical Proficiency Hands-on experience with Hub. Spot portal administration (not just usage) — properties, custom objects, pipelines, and permission sets Familiarity with integration platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or native Hub. Spot marketplace connectors Working knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks for connecting Hub.

Spot to external systems Experience managing data flows between Hub. Spot and tools like Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, or similar enrichment/prospecting platforms Basic understanding of JavaScript or Python is a plus (for custom Hub. Spot functions or API scripting) Extensive experience with Hub. Spot CRM and related tools for advanced optimization and revenue operations.

Advanced excel or google sheets skills Strong background in CRM system architecture, sales process design, and data integration. Proven track record in implementing and optimizing CRM changes to enhance functionality and drive growth. Competencies Strategic Thinking Ability to develop and execute a CRM strategy aligned with business objectives.

Capacity to analyze market trends and CRM data to prioritize initiatives and drive revenue growth. Deep knowledge of consumer journey funnels to optimize CRM strategies and enhance customer experiences. Intellectual curiosity to continuously explore emerging CRM tools, channels, and behavioral trends - and translate discoveries into actionable strategy.

Data-Driven Decision Making Strong analytical skills to leverage data from Hub. Spot and user feedback. Proficiency in using data insights to make informed decisions and measure the impact of CRM initiatives. Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams towards CRM and revenue goals.

Proven collaboration abilities to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to rally teams around creative solutions when conventional approaches fall short. Comfort operating in ambiguous or fast-changing environments, adjusting priorities and plans without losing momentum. Communication and Influence Excellent communication skills to articulate CRM strategies and insights.

Ability to influence decision-making and gain buy-in from stakeholders. Adaptability and Creative Problem Solving Ability to pivot strategies quickly in response to shifting business needs, market changes, or unexpected data signals. Track record of approaching CRM challenges with original thinking - testing unconventional hypotheses, running iterative experiments, and learning fast from failures.

Proactive mindset to identify gaps and opportunities before they're obvious, driven by genuine curiosity about customer behavior and engagement patterns. Relevant Experience Required 3+ years of experience in CRM, conversion rate optimization, or related roles. Proven track record of driving CRM optimization initiatives and improving engagement metrics.

Experience with Hub. Spot CRM, including advanced automation and analytics. Educational and Certification Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Hub. Spot Certifications) are a plus. Direct Reports and Span of Control This is an Individual Contributor role.
