Provide outstanding hospitality by being attentive and aware in the dining room, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. Maintain exceptional service standards for all guests at the bar and in the dining area. Take and prepare drink and food orders quickly and accurately to ensure a smooth guest experience. Stay proactive by restocking the bar, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the workspace guest-ready at all times.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong knowledge of the ACFP menu to confidently answer questions and make suggestive sales. Create high-quality, craft cocktails with consistency and care. Maintain a full understanding of alcoholic beverage laws and ensure responsible alcohol service. Be of legal age to serve alcohol, per state guidelines.

Build genuine connections with guests, creating memorable dining experiences. Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently. Stand for the duration of your shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds as needed. Keep a positive attitude and friendly demeanor throughout each shift. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, upholding food safety and quality standards.

We offer hands-on training, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive team environment. Bartender positions typically start as part-time, with the potential to move into full-time roles. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits. Previous experience as a bartender, bar back, server, or in any other front-of-house (FOH) restaurant role is highly desirable.
