Program Manager - DoL

The Program Manager is responsible for the overall management and execution of contract requirements, including task order management, program performance, staffing, schedules, deliverables, and customer coordination. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact with OFLC Headquarters, the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and other Agency stakeholders.

This position ensures contract requirements are met on schedule and within established performance standards while identifying and mitigating program risks, resolving issues, and providing leadership with accurate performance and production reporting.
