Tastes all prepared food items for quality control. Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintain standards of cleanliness. Stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe food- handling procedures. Perform other job-related duties as they become required. Delivering trays and carts to resident floors and dining rooms Assembling resident meal trays. Working in the dish room and pot sink Sweeping and mopping. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 1-year long-term care, hospital, or healthcare experienced preferred.
