Vehicle Inventory Manager | Heritage Hyundai Towson

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loaner vehicle checkouts and returns, complete paperwork, and explain vehicle-use guidelines to customers
• Inspect loaners before and after use, record mileage and fuel levels, and document vehicle condition
• Track loaner availability, follow up on returns, and coordinate cleaning, fueling, maintenance, and repairs
• Move and park vehicles safely to keep the lot organized and accessible
• Help service advisors and technicians locate vehicles and manage keys
• Scan, label, and file repair orders and other dealership documents accurately
• Assist customers and support the service department with other tasks as needed Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets dealership requirements
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Friendly, professional communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers, scanners, and basic office software
• Ability to work on your feet, spend time outdoors, and safely move vehicles throughout the day
• Dependable, punctual, and able to adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Dealership, rental vehicle, customer service, or administrative experience is helpful, but not required Mile.
