Night Custodial Project Person

ATHENS, GA The Night Project Person will help set the standard for cleanliness, organization, and execution of custodial projects. This position is essential to creating a welcoming, polished, and professional environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Manages night operations, ensures the project stays on schedule and budget, coordinates team members, and communicates with stakeholders. Allocates and manages resources, ensuring the team has the tools, personnel, and support needed to complete tasks. Meeting & Event Support Clean and reset meeting rooms and event spaces before and after use Respond quickly to turnover needs during events or back-to-back meetings Ensure spaces are tidy, welcoming, and ready for the next use Experience Center Support Maintain an elevated standard of appearance consistent with a showcase environment Act as a visible steward of cleanliness and professionalism within the space Communicate any maintenance concerns or supply needs to management Qualifications & Skills: Ability to clearly communicate in English with customers, colleagues, and leadership Previous experience in janitorial, hospitality, or facilities support preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift About UG2 Founded in 2012, UG2 is privately held and headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
