On-Site Recruiter

Paschal Home Services is a privately held, non–private equity backed home services provider, still growing with 13 locations and 400+ employees. We are building something designed to last - focused on long-term growth, best-in-class culture, and doing things the right way. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Recruiter to support hiring across our HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and support departments.

This individual will source and engage candidates, manage assigned recruiting needs, and partner with hiring managers to attract great talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of results.

Why This Role Is Different Recruit across multiple skilled trades, departments, and growing markets Build meaningful relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and field leadership Take an active role in sourcing talent through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships Join a collaborative team that values initiative, accountability, and continuous improvement What You’ll Do: Manage assigned recruiting needs, from candidate sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding coordination Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, coordinate interviews, and keep the hiring process moving Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and consistent follow-up Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Support trade school partnerships, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives Collaborate with the Lead Recruiter to improve recruiting processes and overall effectiveness What We're Looking For Recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred; skilled trades or high-volume recruiting experience is a plus Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Proactive, resourceful, and persistent approach to sourcing and engaging candidates Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a sense of urgency and attention to detail Self-motivated, accountable, and committed to delivering results Experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruiting tools; JazzHR preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating with hiring managers and field leadership Willingness to travel occasionally for recruiting events and community partnerships What We Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans Paid Time Off and paid holidays Professional development and career growth opportunities A collaborative, team-oriented culture within a growing organization A privately owned company with long-term leadership stability—not private equity backed Paschal Home Services, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
