Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with a focus on Learning Operations, Technical Training, and Leadership Development to join our team. This full-time role requires the ability to effectively manage and enhance learning operations, with a strong emphasis on leadership program design and delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring robust experience in Learning & Development (L&D) and a proven ability to create impactful educational programs that drive organizational success Roles and Responsibilites Motivate and lead the team including setting and reviewing goals/KPAs/targets Coordinate with company headquarters to align with global processes and adapt them to client requirements in Oversee the daily operations of onsite learning initiatives, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance program delivery and participant engagement. Optimize resource allocation and manage logistics to support learning and development activities. Deliver to KPAs that include client satisfaction, business growth, financial results and staff satisfaction Lead the planning and execution of L&D projects from inception to completion.

Define project objectives, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree required Master’s degree in Business/HR/Project Management preferred Certification in Project Management (e.

g., PMP) is advantageous Experience 12 to 14 years of experience Experience in a multicultural work environment
