What You’ll Be Doing:**

As our Host**, you’ll be the cornerstone of hospitality - greeting guests with grace, seating them efficiently, and keeping the flow of the dining room smooth and serene. You'll:

• Welcome guests with warmth, using their names when known

• Take and manage reservations like a pro

• Maintain a tidy and stylish host station

• Communicate clearly with servers and managers to ensure a seamless dining experience

• Share knowledge about daily specials, menus, and wine offerings

• Manage guest expectations with finesse, even during high-volume moments

• Assist the restaurant team to ensure tables are perfectly prepped and guests leave delighted

• Keep your cool, keep it clean, and keep it classy - always

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting

• A high school diploma or GED

• Professional presence and a naturally welcoming personality

• A love for details and a calm under pressure

• Strong communication skills - in person and over the phone

• Passion for teamwork and an eye for guest satisfaction

• A knack for problem-solving and thinking ahead
