Thor Motor Coach is seeking an experienced Systems Tester to join our team in Elkhart.

Job Responsibilities

Timely auditing and documenting of defects of all RV systems Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues Functional systems testing Water testing and air checks Ensure all defects are repaired and are verified before each line roll Ensure all units are up to code Communicate to production employees common defects and work jointly on solutions Answer employee questions and help train Communicate to other inspectors regarding defects found in their particular area of inspection.

Job Requirements: Ability to manage time effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and quality Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Requires constant movement including in and out of units multiple times per day Must have a flexible schedule Previous RV experience preferred Tablet usage for testing RVIA code understanding preferred Pre-employment drug screen required.
