Construction Site Superintendent

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead industrial, agricultural, or food processing construction projects from site mobilization through equipment installation, startup, and closeout.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate subcontractors, trade foremen, and site activities. Manage project schedules, site logistics, safety, and quality. Oversee civil, concrete, structural, millwright, and process equipment installation. Monitor progress, resolve field issues, and maintain daily project documentation. Ensure compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements.

Requirements

7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in a superintendent or field leadership role. Experience in industrial, agricultural, grain, milling, or food processing construction. Greenfield construction experience preferred. OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification, First Aid/CPR, and applicable competent-person training required.

Must be willing to travel full-time and temporarily relocate to project sites across the U.S. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
