Contract & CVA Specialist

This position will perform data query and analysis on Customer Value Agreements (CVA), Total Maintenance and Repair (TMR), and Customer Contracts for availability tracking, cost analysis, and forecasts to measure compliance with the guidelines in contract language for all WMC contract sites. Develop reports as they relate to history, availability, overloads, penalties and improvement on contract accounts.

Coordinate with sales team regarding Customer Value Agreement contract accounts to ensure full value of contract is provided to the end user.
