Marketing Supervisor

Location: District 5, Sokhna Road (Hybrid, Full-time) About CIPPO CIPPO (Child Integrated Psychology Programs Organization) is an impact-driven social enterprise dedicated to mental health, neurodiversity, and inclusion. We empower children, families, and schools with evidence-based services while building a culture of growth, empathy, and resilience.

We are in a high-growth stage and looking for a Marketing Supervisor to own our marketing function End-to-End—connecting the dots between brand, business goals, and impact. Role Overview The Marketing Supervisor will take ownership of CIPPO’s marketing strategy and execution across all touchpoints. You will shape our proposition, pricing, and positioning, manage our digital presence, drive campaigns, and oversee on-ground activations.

This is a leadership role with the mandate to build and manage a marketing team, while collaborating with agencies, PR, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with CIPPO’s mission and growth goals. Own brand positioning, pricing, and commercial storytelling across service lines. Manage CIPPO’s digital presence including website, social media, SEO, and performance marketing. Lead campaigns and activations including events, community programs, and PR initiatives.

Build strong relationships with agencies, PR firms, and partners. Oversee content creation across social, blog, thought leadership, and multimedia. Track and report on marketing KPIs including leads, conversions, and ROI. Recruit, mentor, and grow the marketing team. Collaborate with Founders and program Owners to align marketing with operations and impact.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in marketing. Strong background in digital marketing, brand building, and campaign management. Experience with on-ground activations and event marketing. Proven ability to work with agencies and vendors. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Passion for mental health, inclusion, and social impact is a big plus. Agility and adaptability in a fast-changing, dynamic work environment.
