• Manage and grow strategic Global OTT and Hyperscaler accounts to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Develop account strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and drive long-term business growth.
• Sell network and digital infrastructure solutions, including connectivity, colocation, data center, and telecom services.
• Lead commercial negotiations, solution positioning, and business development opportunities within key accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a trusted advisor to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Develop and execute account strategies, customer engagement plans, and long-term business growth initiatives. Drive sales of network infrastructure and digital infrastructure solutions, including connectivity, colocation, data center, and telecommunications services. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders. Lead commercial discussions, solution positioning, and contract negotiations for strategic projects and opportunities. Coordinate cross-functional teams including network, data center, product, service delivery, operations, finance, and legal functions to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, account forecast, and business performance reports.
