L.W. Miller Diversified is seeking a tanker dispatcher to assist in oversight of trucking and divisional operations, business development, and safety with the ability to cross train and grow within our company. This candidate will need strong verbal and written communication skills and be self motivated while leading a high performing driver team to meet the needs of our customers and fostering an engaging culture.

This candidate will be participating in developing the company’s strategy so it remains a leader within the liquid tanker trucking industry by identifying trends and opportunities to grow the business and improve operational efficiency, so the company achieves target business goals. The ideal candidate should have:

• 3-5 years of progressive responsibility in transportation and operations management
• Coordinate freight hauls while utilizing and maximizing driver hours of service and equipment
• Successful track record of meeting and exceeding goals and optimizing operations
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships and maintain them over time
• Ability to develop, lead and motivate our high performing truck driving team
• Experience in developing and successfully implementing growth oriented strategic plans
