About the Role

As Director of Nursing Services, you will lead our Nursing Services Department, support and develop nursing staff, and ensure residents receive exceptional care in a safe, compassionate environment. You will have the resources and support you need to succeed, including hands-on training with experienced Directors of Nursing and guidance from our dedicated Clinical Consultant Team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily nursing department operations. Promote quality resident care, safety, and positive clinical outcomes. Support, mentor, and develop nursing staff. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and clinical standards. Collaborate with facility leadership to strengthen care delivery and team performance.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Previous experience as a Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and/or Resident Care Manager in a long-term care or skilled rehabilitation setting is required. Minimum of 4–5 years of RN experience in long-term care. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and lead a team of healthcare professionals.

Commitment to resident-centered care, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
