Finance Operation Specialist – Bilingual Japanese

International Finance company seeks bilingual Japanese Operation Specialist in New York. Primary responsibilities: Operations of daily financial arrangement including getting bank loans, issuing CP’s medium notes, etc. Fund transfer / remittance to the group companies in the US and Japan Bank reconciliations to check incoming funds General Affairs work including office management Support the company management at their request

• • Currently, the position is temporarily Work From Home, but the team provides operation training on site. After the training, the position will be remote until the Covid situation becomes better.

Requirements

2-3 years of accounting and financial operations experience including fund transfer /remittance via cash management systems Good communication skills in both English and Japanese (oral and written) Accurate, detail oriented operational skills Good time managemen t skills
