Incredi. Care is looking for exceptional Care Professionals in the Ashburn area who bring more than caregiving experience.

We're looking for individuals who understand the patience, compassion, creativity, and consistency that great dementia care requires. We currently have an afternoon case requiring backup coverage, and we're actively building a team of experienced dementia caregivers for additional opportunities as our services grow.

What we're looking for

Demonstrated hands-on experience caring for individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Strong communication skills and the ability to respond calmly to challenging situations. Patience, empathy, reliability, and professionalism. A genuine desire to build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Compensation
