What we need:: What we need: Our Latex Operator team packages finished products into totes, drums, and tankers to meet customer requirements and ready products for shipment. They are responsible for sampling and measurement of storage tanks and handling material transfers using hoses and diaphragm pumps. Skills and Qualifications: Strong multi-tasking and time management skills along with attention to detail Experience in a chemical plant or similar environment Forklift and/or yard jockey experience Computer experience Excel, Word and Outlook Work Location & Hours: Mallard Creek Polymers Plant Morehead Road, Charlotte, NC 28262 12 Hour Shifts Starting at 7:00 am or 7 pm Schedule Type: 2-2-3; must be able to work weekends Travel: None Job Type/ Department: Full-Time Direct Hire / Production Positions available: This is an evergreen posting for candidates Next Steps Our HR and hiring team will be screening resumes and reaching out to applicants until we schedule onsite interviews.
