Selecting investment ideas to create alpha for the portfolios and generate competitive return vs Benchmark and peers. Identifying macro trends and developing strategy for overweight / underweight sectors Closely track multiple sectors (either independently or with help of analysts) Review performance of all portfolios on a regular basis and undertake attribution analysis Daily monitoring of regulatory limits and cash flows based on fund inflow/outflow Communication and interaction with top management, sales team regarding market updates and fund performance Support CIO and Head of Investment in formulating policy framework and management reporting Manage the team of Research Analyst & Equity Dealer.
