Create 3D BIM models for architecture, civil & structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering with ArchiCAD Assist architects and engineers to ensure compliance with the various design and regulatory requirements Implement Virtual Design & Construction methodologies Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders (e.

g. contractors) on the implementation of Virtual Design & Construction Participate in coordination meetings and 3D review sessions Skills 3D ArchiCAD AutoCAD BIM Drafter Good Communication Requirements Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in relevant fields BIM-related certification from BCA Academy or equivalent Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in the creation of 3D BIM models in projects in Singapore Well-versed in ArchiCAD and AutoCAD Knowledge of Rhino will be advantageous
