Job Description Job Opportunity: Private Process Server (1099 Independent Contractor) Pro. Vest , one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Indiana (IN) . Applicants must reside in Indiana, preferably near Monroe County .

Requirements

Indiana residency (near listed county preferred) Complete 3 to 5 service attempts per assignments. All attempts must be completed on different days and properly documented through the Pro. Vest mobile app with GPS-enabled photographs Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance Access to a computer, printer, scanner, and email Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting Responsibilities Serve legal documents within assigned areas Manage assignments using Pro.

Vest's mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile) Document all service attempts using the mobile app, including GPS-stamped photographs Complete required service attempts in accordance with client guidelines Return completed documents and reports accurately and on time Plan routes and manage your own schedule Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times Qualifications We are looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals who: Have strong time management and organizational skills Are comfortable working independently Communicate clearly and professionally Are comfortable using mobile technology Value accuracy, honesty, and professionalism Preferred Experience Private Investigators Experienced Process Servers Law Enforcement or Security background Support Provided You will have a dedicated Pro.

Vest liaison for support. Training and support on Pro. Vest's mobile applications and reporting requirements will be provided.
