This position focuses on patient safety, staff protection, customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure healthcare environment Armed Officers will provide a highly visible security presence, patrol healthcare facilities, respond to security incidents and emergencies, and use sound judgment and de-escalation techniques when handling challenging situations What You'll Do Patrol hospital and healthcare facilities Maintain a visible armed security presence Assist patients, visitors, and healthcare staff Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas Observe and report suspicious activity and safety concerns Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and disturbances Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs Utilize de-escalation and conflict-resolution techniques Assist with access control and visitor management Protect patients, staff, visitors, and facility property Coordinate with healthcare staff, supervisors, and law enforcement Safely carry and maintain assigned firearm in accordance with company and client policies Why Work with IC Security?
