Position: Clinical Laboratory Scientist Employment Type: Full-Time Shift Availability: Night Shift Night Shift Differential: Earn an additional $3.50 per hour for all hours worked between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) to join our laboratory department. The ideal candidate will have strong generalist experience across chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, microbiology, and blood bank. This role requires the ability to work independently, as the CLS may be the sole laboratory professional on duty during certain shifts.

The candidate should be comfortable supporting both inpatient and outpatient services while ensuring accurate, timely results and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license Minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience, preferably in a hospital or critical access setting Strong generalist experience in chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, microbiology, and blood bank Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients!
