Crna - Thop - East Campus

Administers anesthetic care for the purpose of facilitating diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical procedures. Performs and documents a pre-anesthetic assessment and evaluation of the patient. Develops and implements an anesthetic plan of care, including monitoring modalities and post-anesthesia follow-up evaluation and care.

Selects, obtains, and administers the anesthetic plan of care, including induction, maintenance, and emergence phase anesthesia.

Education

Required: Graduation from an accredited school of anesthesia approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists. Experience: Required: 2 years of clinical experience working in a physician office. Certifications: Required: Certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists. Valid Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Licensed in applicable state within 30 days.
