This role serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience from start to finish . Whether you have previous dealership experience or a strong background in customer service and sales, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Greet customers and create a welcoming service experience Schedule, confirm, and prepare service appointments Perform vehicle walk-arounds and identify maintenance and repair needs Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally Create accurate repair orders, cost estimates, and timelines Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow Keep customers informed throughout the service process Follow up after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales goals Maintain knowledge of Honda products, maintenance schedules, and service offerings Benefits & Perks At CMA, we believe our associates are our greatest asset.
