Job Identification JOB TITLE: Bank Officer IV JOB LEVEL: 06 DEPARTMENT/OFFICE: Risk and Compliance Office (RCO) ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT: Compliance Management Group (CMG) JOB FAMILY: Business Planning Job Summary Monitors BSP operating units’ compliance with laws and external rules, regulations, and standards to which the BSP subscribes; Facilitates the development and improvement of compliance frameworks and processes across the BSP; Provides guidance and monitors the implementation of compliance frameworks, policies, guidelines, and procedures; Provides technical assistance to the Deputy Director and Senior Director/Director on matters under the jurisdiction of the CMG Qualification Standards Education: Master's degree Experience: 5 years of relevant experience Training: 24 hours of relevant training/learning and development intervention Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility Relevant Areas of Experience Enterprise/operational risk/compliance management Risk Governance and Policy Development Central Banking Operations Data Analysis Incident Assessment and Management Audit or Business Support Process Analysis and Improvement Stakeholder Engagement and Advisory Project and Program Management
