Site Security Manager Ft Bragg ID Services

Site Security Manager Position Type: Full-Time Location: Fort Bragg, North Carolina Position Overview D2 Government Solutions is seeking Security Site Managers to support DEERS/RAPIDS ID Card Services at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The Security Site Manager will provide onsite leadership, oversight, and technical support for RAPIDS users and ID card operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as an onsite lead for DEERS/RAPIDS ID Card Services operations. Supervise and support contract staff assigned to RAPIDS workstations, customer service windows, and telephone appointment lines. Perform or oversee Verifying Official duties related to CAC and USID card functions. Monitor RAPIDS user roles, training status, security requirements, and operational compliance.

Run, review, and manage RAPIDS reports to identify security, technical, training, cardstock, and workload issues. Support daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly report review and consolidation. Coordinate with the Program Manager, COR/ACOR, and government stakeholders as required. Support quality control, issue resolution, customer service standards, and corrective action tracking.

Ensure compliance with PII handling, Privacy Act, OPSEC, and physical security requirements. Required Qualifications Ability to perform all duties and responsibilities of a RAPIDS Verifying Official. Experience leading or supervising contract staff. Knowledge of rules, regulations, procedures, and precedents related to CAC and USID card functions.

Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English fluently. Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable NACI.
