About You

I-CAR certification is a plus, but we are willing to help the right technician continue their training. Has 3+ years of professional collision repair experience Can perform structural and non-structural repairs Has experience with panel replacement, welding, dent repair and vehicle reassembly Takes pride in accurate, high-quality repairs Can follow OEM repair procedures and safety requirements Has strong attention to detail Can work independently while being a team player Has a valid Washington State driver's license and clean driving record Is willing to continue learning and participate in manufacturer training Additional Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.

Possess great mechanical, electrical, and computing skills. Be 18 years of age or older. Own a valid driver’s license. At least 2+ years previous of hands on automotive repair experience in a professional environment or equivelant. Must be authorized to work in the USA. Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.

Must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check, MVR check, and maintenance of a valid driver's license.
