We’re seeking a versatile, proactive Administrative Assistant to join us at the ground floor and grow with our team. Role: As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in daily operations and marketing/outreach efforts —a true multitasker and team player ready to tackle a wide range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Support internal office operations Assist with marketing and community outreach activities Help ensure a smooth patient experience Manage scheduling, documentation, and basic office tasks Contribute ideas as we grow! Ideal Qualifications: College graduate Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Attention to detail and organizational prowess Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and a willingness to learn new software Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Spanish-speaking a plus!
