Job description
The Technical Sales Engineer performs a variety of inside sales duties including answering technical sales calls from customers, responding to customer inquiries regarding order status, order verification, order entry, price, delivery queries, special quotes, application specifications and assisting them in any customer service situation.
They also ensure that all customer interactions are professional and friendly.
