Working Pattern: As And When Required | Night Shifts | 21:00 to 08:00 Salary: £14.45 Per Hour Job ID: 8067 What you'll be serving up... Providing friendly and efficient bar service between 9:00pm–12:00am. Closing and securing the bar, including cash procedures and stock checks. Completing light cleaning tasks across public areas to maintain presentation standards.

Acting as the main point of contact for guests throughout the night. Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests or minor issues. Carrying out regular safety and security checks across the premises. Monitoring building access and ensuring all areas are secured overnight. Recording incidents or maintenance needs and preparing clear handover notes.

The ingredients you'll bring... Ability to work independently and stay alert during night shifts. Strong communication and customer service skills. A reliable, trustworthy approach with a sense of responsibility. Willingness to learn — hospitality experience is helpful but not required. Confidence in handling small issues calmly and professionally.

Basic awareness of health, safety, and security practices. A proactive attitude toward maintaining a clean and well-presented environment.
