Your primary office will be our Des Plaines location , with opportunities to support our Millennium Park and Lakeview offices when needed. ” What You'll Do You’ll be a key part of our patients’ experience and one of the friendly faces they see every time they visit. Your day may include: Welcoming patients and families with a smile Answering phones and helping patients with questions Scheduling and confirming appointments Checking patients in and out Communicating with patients in English and Spanish Verifying insurance benefits Collecting patient payments Maintaining accurate patient information Helping patients understand their appointments and treatment Keeping the front desk organized and running smoothly Working with the orthodontic team to provide an exceptional patient experience Supporting our Millennium Park and Lakeview offices when needed Learning the ins and outs of orthodontics and growing your skills along the way Requirements What We're Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: Bilingual in English and Spanish Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoys helping people Reliable and dependable Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable talking with patients both in person and on the phone Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment A strong communicator Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems Flexible and willing to help wherever needed A team player who brings a positive attitude to work every day Previous dental, orthodontic, medical, or customer service experience is a plus — but personality, attitude, and a willingness to learn are just as important!
