Supervisor - Operations Training

Responsible for conducting comprehensive new hire orientation for manufacturing operators. This role ensures new employees learn essential skills such as proper use of basic hand tools and receive hands on simulation training in a controlled environment before being assigned to a production job. The Supervisor also provides on-the-job training (OJT) support as needed to reinforce learning, promote safety, and ensure new operators are fully prepared for production responsibilities.
